Merchandising Director (Head of MPC)

One of the biggest local Retail industry in Jakarta is seeking for a Senior Person in Merchandising to held the MERCHANDISING DIRECTOR position.

Responsibility:
>. Manage the development, execute and effectively communicate financial merchandise plans and strategies to support the merchandising, marketing and financial objectives through partnership with our merchants and management
>. Project and re-project sales and gross margin by analyzing historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by world, department and store level
>. Communicate financial results, forecast and recommendations to management and merchants regularly
>. Manage creation of pre season assortment planning process in collaboration with merchants to develop class assortments. Liaison with merchants and planning team to ensure accurate and concise planning

Qualifications:
>. Male/ Female, Max 45 yrs old
>. Expatriates are encourage to apply
>. Min. Bachelor Degree from Reputable University any Discipline
>. Min. 10 Yrs retail MPC management experience, including at least 5 years in senior managerial level
>. Resourceful, driven, having excellent strategic ability and strong business acumen
